Dear Friends of the Bicycle Kitchen, 2010 marks five years since our move from the Los Angeles Eco-Village to our current spot on Heliotrope. Five years ago we had nothing more than two months rent and the fire in our bellies. We also had the enthusiastic support of cyclists like you! A NOTE OF CAUTION: Bicycle thieves are among us! More than a few people who have locked up there bikes in front of the Bicyle Kitchen as well as the general Echo Park / Silverlake / East Hollywood area have had their wheels, saddles, and pedals stolen. A thin cable could be your answer, or keep a very close eye on your bike. Consider yourself warned!
